Conditioning = Performance + Injury Prevention

Conditioning isn’t just about making athletes tired. It prepares the body to perform better, recover faster, and handle the demands of sport safely.

A strong conditioning program develops:

• Strength & power for sprinting, jumping, and changing direction
• Aerobic & anaerobic fitness for repeated high-intensity efforts
• Balance, stability & neuromuscular control to help reduce injury risk
• Sport-specific movement patterns that translate directly to competition

In youth sports, conditioning should also be age-appropriate, progressive, and individualized.

More training isn’t always better.

Train for the demands of the sport. Build the athlete. Reduce unnecessary injury risk.

We're back to school! Loving seeing all of our photos around campus showing real student faces displaying C.L.A.S.S. Big shout out to the student photographers and @vmhsbronconationassociation 🎉 who connect to so many amazing programs and student leaders on campus and collaborate with Photo 3 for the photoshoot themes, models, and of course, gorgeous poster design ✨ #cteworks #WeTellStories #highschoolphotographyclass @vistamurrietahs
