What a start to the Season!

The match began with the Hibs dominating possession, but Burnaby FC Mustangs capitalized on two counter-attacks, with Deondre Beer scoring both goals. The Hibs managed to pull one back before halftime through Cian Fleury, who found the top left corner with a precise finish.

The second half saw John Kelly equalize with a penalty in the 51st minute. The game took a turn when Conor Haverty was shown a straight red card for a last-man foul on Deondre Beer which could have ended in his hattrick. BlThe Mustangs were then reduced to ten men when Luca Salzano received a second caution in the 81st minute. Cian Fleury stepped up to take the free kick and placed the ball perfectly into the top left corner leaving the keeper with no chance. The Hibs walked away with all three points after a tough opening fixture to the season.

PLEASE DON'T READ THIS!!!

A FEW MONTHS AGO. @victorakoum @eloliyon.mutombo_soccer and @johnnypavittfootball

DREAMS WORK... DON'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE unless they know know. Here's why.
3-4 Years ago. With some other Very Good Soccer players . we were on the EXACT SAME FIELD...30.C or -1C ❄️.
Same field.

Allll with that Unsure look on their face... Not because of what they thought of me. Nahhhhh, they found me, they already knew about me.
Trust me. They are NOT Dumb at 16...17...18. And Time is DEFINITELY DEFINITELY is critical at this stage.

Players get NERVOUS.... ANXIOUS... FRUSTRATED.... OVERWHELMED. My Son included. Don't forget.

It's not me they were UNSURE of... It's THE SELECTION PROCESS. YUP. PERIOD.

Go ahead and ask ANY player right now of High Level Soccer... Ask... What about the Selection Process??...
Watch their Face 👀 Watch.

I've been part of MANY MANY Selection Process, when coaching and Consulting...in Sweden... Austria.... Germany... Spain... USA... Montreal... But SPECIFICALLY in ITALY...2007.
Under Coach Mancini. IT was BRUTAL...His Decisions did not impress the Owner Mao Moratti... Moratti said you are fired at the end of the season... We had 10 months to go...🤔🤔🤔

Mancini said.... "...EVERY TEAM HAS GREAT SOCCER PLAYERS. EVERY PLAYER KNOWS HOW TO PLAY SOCCER VERY WELL... TO BE A GREAT SOCCER PLAYER, IT TAKES PASSION. TO BE A GREAT ATHLETE....IT TAKES HEART ❤️!
... GIVE ME ATHLETES... I WILL GIVE YOU VICTORY!... "
Therefore... I teach my ALL my Athletes that when Selection Process ever comes. And it Always Comes trust me... I Build Athletes... so that they ARE INEVITABLE.

Ask ALL those players I've encouraged and open their mind... ask them what I said 3-4 yrs ago to EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM PERSONALLY... I said don't worry.

Most ...definitely don't know what these athletes had to deal with just... To get there... There are 6 more also that are not on this reel.

GOD DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES that's the second thing I told them... DREAMS ARE FOR REAL ❤️ 💪 🙏

IT'S FREAKING AWESOME TO SEE SHIT LIKE THAT THOUGH. Those smiles.
