Been keeping a fitness diary (aka google sheet) of my workouts and running progression over the last two months and felt compelled to share it on this last day of May! What I’ve noticed:
• I’ve DOUBLED my time of working out from April to May.
• I’ve created longer warm ups during my week to help prepare me for my LDRS
• I’ve upped my class game, not just doing cycling but also sculpting and stronger classes
•I hit a high of 70 minutes and ~7 miles this month during my LDRS (which is the longest I’ve ran since training for the Brooklyn Half)
• I’ve completely surprised myself (today) by doing not 10,11,12, but 13 minutes on the Stair master!

Thank you to everyone who’s been apart of and following my journey! Looking back on these last two months is amazing to see where I’ve started and how far I’ve come so far! AND the best is yet to come… we’re just getting started! Updates like this feel so rewarding! And if you haven’t donated yet… get to it! The link to donate are in my bio(s)

You know you love me - xoxo, V
