POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is my last day of 75 Hard. That’s a wrap. I did it.

75 days. Two workouts a day, one outside. A gallon of water. A nutrition plan. A progress photo every day. Read 10 pages. No alcohol. I chose to stay within weekly macro goals.

Some days felt easy. Other days there was ice on the ground and life doing what life does. I did not want to do it.

This journey also taught me something important. Urgency moves you forward. Anxiety can stop you. Learning the difference changed everything.

But this finish line is also for someone else.

A dear human I met through social Media named Kurt started 75 Hard too. On day 21, during his outdoor walk, he was in a tragic accident. The first time I tried to finish 75 Hard in honor of him, I failed.

This time I finished.

From start to finish this journey has been in honor of Kurt. The one who inspired us daily.

“Go grinders! Control your outcome, because you’re the only one that can.” – Kurt

So if you have been waiting for the right time, this is your sign.

Start.

When you find the discipline to begin, you might just discover a version of yourself you did not know you were capable of becoming.

Day 24 of #75hard for @vobykurt . Also the investigators request documents to be sealed. I don’t do criminal law, is that normal? @beth_b_blissful @madisonmooney42 #controlyouroutcome #gogrinders #kurtboutin #day609

I'll make another video talking about Kurt this week because his story deserves to be shared, but what he'd want shared more than that right now is his mission.

We've all got the power to be a Kurt. Go grinders. It's fit guy day 609.

Rest In Peace Dear Friend. 🙏❤️ May your memory be a blessing. You will be missed. Join me and @beth_b_blissful and @madisonmooney42 and others by honoring @vobykurt over the next 53 days as we finish out his 75 Hard. You don’t have to do the Hard challenge if you’re not able to try to take a walk or read or just raise a glass for him. He was one of the truly good ones.

Weight in, Wednesday

Oh, so you finally decided to “lose weight” by taking a GLP-1 drug? Congrats on outsourcing your willpower to Big Pharma! Forget discipline, forget real lifestyle changes—just inject yourself and watch the pounds magically melt away… until you stop taking it and gain everything back. Meanwhile, people actually putting in the work—watching their diet, exercising, making real metabolic improvements—have to listen to you act like you’ve unlocked some secret to health. But sure, keep believing that a lifetime prescription is the same as real effort.

Omg this had me laughing so hard. Picked up deed-nut bar in a Walmart in the USA.

Sitting down at the leg curl machine, I hatched a cunning plan to craft massive wheels that would outpace Diabetus’ mischief. With each curl, my legs transformed into turbocharged pistons, ready to kick sugar spikes to the curb. Armed with determination and leg curls, I aimed to roll over Diabetus for good, leaving it in the dust of my newfound leg-powered victory.
