I recently had the honor of meeting and receiving a blessing from His Eminence, Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche, visionary creator and founder of The Universal Peace Sanctuary, currently under construction in Nepal. While speaking, His Eminence said that each one of us must work “to make peace more fashionable than war.” What a beautiful expression. His mission is to share his message of unconditional love and compassion as the basis for peace within ourselves and peace in the world.

The Universal Peace Sanctuary is in service to all humanity, not only for this generation, but for many generations to come. It is our responsibility to truly celebrate our lives, find peace within, and at the same time, contribute whatever we can to create a firm foundation for peace in the future. #vocalyoga #vocology #breathing #breathwork #heatherlylevocalyogamethod #voiceyoga #voicetraining #fitzmauricevoicework #tremorwork #primalvoice #vocalanatomy #vocalpedagogy #vocology #yoga #pranayama #neuralplasticity #soundhealing #voicetherapy #bodyhealing #nepal #Universalpeacesanctuary #ShyalpaTenzinRinpoche

Every year around this time I get to share the fine-tunings of yoga therapy tools with Heather Lyle’s Vocal Yoga Teacher Trainees. It’s one of my favorite trainings to help lead because there is nothing more pure, unique and beautiful than to be with people who are genuinely, sharing their pure frequency sounds, fully embodied, generously toning. ✨I’ve always been an artist and an insatiably curious person. I discovered many years ago that of all the arts and sciences I’ve explored, singing is to me the most naked, purest expression I’ve ever shared. To support anyone else in having that experience is so sacred and a true honor. This 2021 group of international singers and yogis who joined us were so much fun to be with! This week has been a total joy. Thank you to @vocalyoga for bringing me in to share these very special teachings with such a great group of people. 🙏🌎✨🙌

Welcome Back and Thank You @dramabookshop‼️🤩

Your couches were so kind to my spine this afternoon and your coffee's delicious, fueling me still as I surrender now to *my* couch: this Juliet's welcome curse, to spend more than intended befriending your shelves... 🤷💞

Grateful to ALL of the artists whose time, talents and treasure made this resurrection possible. 🙏

Bought a new box for the cats and this very cool pedestal for the Mac came with it. Sure beats what we’d been using for the past few weeks.
