But just like the last trip, it was the people and the communities that made this time abroad more special than I could have ever imagined.

I’m somewhat at a loss for words on how to express all of the feelings I have in my heart and mind for the time spent abroad. My life is forever changed. My tribe grew exponentially. I learned about myself and what I bring to the table. I taught people things that I’m passionate about and know in my heart that I truly made a difference. I realized this life we lead is all about one thing.

Love.

Love is the theme of it all. Loving yourself and allowing other people to love you back. Being vulnerable and uncomfortable but STILL loving through it all. Loving and accepting others for exactly the way they are. Trusting in the universe and understanding that coincidences are not coincidences at all. They are synchronicities that come about at the perfect time at the exact place they were meant to with the people you just cannot live without.

I want to thank every single person I met and loved on this journey. Thank you for being there at the same time that I was. Thank you for accepting me for me and allowing me to see you as you are. Thank you for sharing your life stories and invaluable lessons of the road. Thank you for trusting me with your love. Thank you for the hugs, smiles, adventures, dances, conversations and connections.

I am beyond grateful for this experience and will never ever forget these last 8 months and how my life is better because of it. I love you all.

🇳🇱 Europe Pt 2 🇬🇧

Part 2 is dedicated to all the beautiful people I’ve met along the way, but especially the few that took me in for a bit and showed me their worlds. Its an incredibly surreal thing to see my asia friends here in their home country in Europe! I saw my family and watched my brother and his gf run a marathon! Wow, what a blessing this time has been.

Thanks to @llayladanique and @giuliafausti I was able to see the part of the Netherlands that I wanted to see, or at least all I could fit in such a short time. Canals, bike lanes, beautiful fields of flowers, coffee shops, great food and windmills. I was able to reconnect, reminisce and rest. Lekker lekker, I will be back for sure.

Next I finally got to see my family for a few days in London and watch @jason.hirsch and @emily_pfahl run the London Marathon! So much fun chasing you both around the city and I’m so proud of you! I alllllmost want to run another one now.

Lastly, thank you to @thewox3599 and @vodedra for showing me their new spots in the beautiful British countryside. I may or may not know a duchess now. I had some great traditional English food, saw more wild deer than I’ve ever seen my life and saw my first ever @davematthewsband show outside the US. Your support means the world to me guys, until next time 🫶

I held the song close to my heart, Iocked away for years and set it free in the Summer 2020 as lockdown hit London. In the Heath by the pond, I sang it in Nature to soothe my anxiety and call out LOVE to the world around me.
Lockdown gave me the key to share this with the passersby, to realise that we must keep live music alive and connect to one another.
Nature was my healer and the passersby are now my friends who heard me sing daily for 3 months.
Meeting Freya @goldenfrequencies was a supportive partnership with mutual vision to set out and keep the community connected, and full of love.
Meeting daily in an enchanting space set between two trees filled with fairy lights, decor and blankets, inviting passersby to sit and connect safely 2 metres apart. And with each connection the space evolved to offer workshops, performance and support, into what became known as
“The Fairytale”.
Every passerby was part of the creation of our own safe haven to play•connect•heal ...
We together built community, held space for each other to ignite the spark within and remind the world there is light beneath the veil.
