@vogelsnz found out that we’ve been eating their bread raw. Oooopsie 😅 To create awareness about toasting your Vogels they’ve sent me a PR package with a toaster to demonstrate to y’all how it was intended. If you like it raw, you do you Queen/King but if you like it warm and buttery- get toasting 🍞 GIFTED/PR @fleishmanhillardnz

I think I make a pretty fantastic sandwich so I don’t say this lightly, but this may be the best sandwich I’ve ever made 🥪 🤤

Lots of new cereals available at the supermarket these days 🥣

Here's a protein and calorie comparison! 😮

Pretty different macros depending on which one you pick. Have you tried any of these? 👇

An Ode to Whipped Cottage Cheese 🩷

Oh whipped cottage cheese, my smooth little cloud,
How I’ve missed you. I’ll shout it, I’ll say it out loud.
I flirted with yoghurt, I’ll put up my hand,
It was fine, but you’re creamier, fluffier, just grand.

My muesli sat lonely, all crunchy and dry,
A breakfast so bleak it could make a girl cry.
I’d open the fridge and I’d stare and I’d sigh,
No pink and green pottle to catch my eye.

But this morning, oh this morning! There you were,
All creamy and fluffy, my heart gave a stir.
Fourteen grams of protein and breakfast got real:
Now muesli’s a proper, full-till-lunch meal.

And the muesli itself has a story to tell:
A Vogel’s I smuggled off a plane (oh well).
Cranberries, almonds, a blackcurrant flake,
Tumbling into you, what a pair you both make.

So here is my promise, with hand on my heart:
No more mornings, my love, spent apart.
Just you, @vogelsnz muesli and a cup of @teatonic tea.
Whipped cottage cheese, you’re the one for me.

Chaz x

Is it just me or is this the cutest gluten free bun you’ve seen??🍔🥹😂
It’s such a smooth bun with what looks like perfectly placed sesame seeds. These gluten free buns are a great option, I’ve used them now for warm burgers and for cold sandwiches and they are really nice. They’re even better if you toast them a bit first or put them under the grill 🔥
Thanks @vogelsnz for making great gluten free (+dairy free) buns!!
