In honor of Black History Month, we're celebrating women pioneering change in hospitality!

Roseline Bien-Aime and Roselaine Bien-Aime-Brizzi began their hospitality careers more than 20 years ago working as pool attendants at the @loewsmiami as part of the Miami Beach Senior High School Academy of Tourism. Though they've taken different roads, each is thriving. Roseline Bien-Aime in sales at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel and Roselaine Bien-Aime-Brizzi in marketing at CBRE. Recently, they began an entrepreneurial collab, @bienaimecollection of luxury hand-made candles.

TRIM, TRIM, TRIM

Did not know until I started making candles why it was important to trim before each burn.

Here are reasons:

▪️ Trimming the wick allows the flame to have a clearer and brighter burn.

▪️You’ll avoid smoky candle jars

▪️ Trimming candle wicks helps candles last longer

▪️A trimmed wick also gives the flame a nice, even shape.
