Just in time for salad season- I have just published my first book ”Hold the Lettuce….hearty salads that won’t wilt” These truly are hearty healthy salads that are 100 % gluten, dairy and refined sugar free and almost all are also vegan. All are customizable to whichever protein you may desire to add. These are 4 season salads packed with seasonal local ingredients. They also reflect my love for growing veg in my west coast garden.

This book also reflects my Vancouver Island roots & love for hand-made pottery. A few featured in my photos are @backlanepottery @susanmakespottery @kelseyboyceceramics & Bainbridge Island based @secondhalfpottery

The book is available on Amazon (Canada U.S. U.K. Aus NZ and most of Europe) and is also available as an e-book if you have a Kindle device or app. Above is a little sample of some of the salads you will find in this book.

This has been a massive passion and endeavour of mine to bring all of my recipes to print. Watch for more cook-books down the road. I deeply appreciate your support and know you will love these salads as much as we and all of our test makers and tasters have.
