POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This interview was more than just another episode of The Rez Podcast. It was a full circle moment.

I discovered Real Social Dynamics in 2014, during a period when I was actively trying to build my confidence and become a better version of myself. What began as an effort to improve my dating life ultimately taught me lessons about self-worth, social skills, authenticity, taking action, and congruence that stayed with me far beyond that chapter.

Those lessons helped shape how I carry myself today, not only with women, but in sales, DJing, podcasting, and life as a whole.

I want to sincerely thank @madisonsocialcoach for joining me and reflecting on how confidence and human connection have evolved over the past decade.

I also want to thank @owencook , the founder of Real Social Dynamics, along with @toddvdating , @max_tornow , @julienhimself , @voidinfluence , and all the other coaches and people from that era who contributed to my development. Each of you played a part in a chapter of my life that had a lasting impact on the man I became.

More than a decade later, sitting down with Madison on my own podcast felt incredibly meaningful.

The full conversation is available now on The Rez Podcast. 🎙️🙏

🎥🍟 Disco Fries New Jersey’s Finest Comfort Food + A Book to Warm Your Heart! 📚✨
Dreaming of crispy fries, gooey cheese, and rich, savoury gravy? Disco Fries are THE ultimate treat. Better yet, they’re quick and easy with your Air Fryer (Instant Pot) to make at home, whether you go for frozen fries or start from scratch. 🪩

🎉 PLUS! Did you know this reel features a special shoutout to my children’s book, The Very Berry Gang 🍓📚? It’s all about chasing and taking action to achieving dreams and goals, packed with berry-delicious recipes and fun fruit art projects like making a strawberry banana snake 🐍🍌!
🌟 Grab your copy now for just $9.95 on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Walmart.
🌟 Best of all, proceeds go to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Make-A-Wish Foundation. ❤️ Link in Bio !

🔥 Here’s The Game Plan:
* Frozen Fries: Crinkle-cut, tots, or wedges work like a charm! Pop them in your air fryer or oven until crispy perfection.
* Homemade Version: Slice 3-4 russet potatoes into fries or wedges (after peeling, of course). Give them a soak in cold water to remove the starch, then toss with olive oil and seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper).
🌟 Air Fryer Magic:
* Set your air fryer to 400°F for 20 minutes—don’t forget to flip halfway for that all-over crunch.
🧀 Cheesy, Gravy Goodness Awaits:
* Toss the hot fries with shredded mozzarella (or a mozzarella-provolone mix).
* Drizzle on gravy! Bottled is easy peasy, but if you’re feeling fancy, make it from scratch with broth, bouillon, and a quick cornstarch slurry, finished off with a pat of butter for pure rich flavor.
✨ Finishing Touches:
* Place the cheesy fries back in the air fryer for 1 minute to melt the cheese to ooey-gooey perfection. Garnish with scallions and parsley, then dig in! Extra gravy on the side = happiness.
