Proud to see Void Pilates opening in Redondo Beach! 🙌

I had the pleasure of representing the#luxuryrealestate tenant finding the perfect location for their new studio. Nothing better than seeing a space go from an idea to a beautiful new business in our community.

Congratulations to the entire Void Pilates team! 🧘‍♀️✨

Education is at the heart of what we do. When you understand what’s happening to your body, we can work with it instead of against it and provide balance in the neurological system. It’s always wanting to heal. We just need to keep balancing you out.

A space where moms can feel comfortable, welcomed, and just be themselves 🤍

I’ve had multiple moms tell me how comfortable they feel here, and honestly, that’s exactly what I want for our community. Moms deserve grace. We deserve a space where we can move our bodies without judgment, bring our little ones, and simply enjoy being together.

That’s exactly what @voidpilates gives us. Thank you @milenamsmith !!! 🫶🏼
