Terms mentioned:

Situational awareness when carrying a firearm means knowing what happens around you. It helps you spot danger early and avoid trouble.

A transitional space is any location where you move from one secure environment to another. In these areas, your attention is often divided, making you highly vulnerable to ambient threats.

De-escalation when carrying a firearm is the deliberate use of communication, body language, and actions to reduce the tension of a conflict and prevent it from becoming violent. For a concealed carrier, it is the highest priority because pulling a weapon is always the absolute last resort.

An unavoidable threat of severe bodily harm or death is the strict legal standard required to justify using deadly force. It means you face an immediate, life-threatening danger that you cannot escape, bypass, or defuse by any other means.

Banning a standard handgun because criminals use illegal aftermarket parts makes zero sense. 🛑 The modification is already highly illegal under federal law. Target the criminals, not law-abiding citizens.

🛑 Justified or Instigated?

The Trap of Provocation As concealed carriers, we carry the ultimate responsibility: avoiding the fight at all costs. The recent shooting outside a TN courthouse involving streamer “Chud the Builder” is a harsh reminder of why provocation destroys a self-defense claim.

🛑¿Justificado o instigado?
