We lead with fun because that’s how we get the kids moving, connecting, and willing to try. Then we make time to reflect on what they learned about themselves.

That’s how we bridge the gap between fitness and well-being. This year, we want our high school students to see what real progression looks like. Getting stronger physically, building confidence mentally, and learning how to keep showing up when something gets hard.

If they can take those lessons with them long after our program ends, we’ve done our job.

We don’t train just to look ready. We train so when life gets heavy, we already know how to carry weight.

We train to stay composed when everything in us is telling us to fold!

5 days. 4 nights. One family group. A whole lot of growth.

Spending the week at the Rhode Island Teen Institute Leadership Retreat reminded me why this work matters so much.

We created scenarios that challenged these young leaders to problem solve. Not just for themselves but collectively as a team. We talked about the past, where they are right now and who they want to become.

And if there’s one thing I walked away with it’s this…

Our kids DO want to communicate.

Sometimes we swear they don’t listen. They don’t care. They don’t want to talk.

Nah.

Sometimes we just haven’t been present long enough for them to feel safe enough to open up.

The things they shared were eye opening. The connections we built were real. And it reminded me that working with young people isn’t always about having the perfect advice.

Sometimes it’s about creating the space, asking the right questions and actually listening to the answers.

We may use movement to break down the walls but the mission has always been bigger than a workout.

Fitness is the platform. Healing is the destination.

Shoutout to @riteeninstitute @half_full_today for coordinating such a dope experience!

The ladies of the Sanctuary said they wanted legs, so we made sure they had trouble using them after 😂

Strong women. Good energy. Serious work.

Think you can hang with the ladies of the Sanctuary?
Comment “LEG DAY” or tag somebody who needs to stop ducking the smoke.

Mind Body Summer Series isn’t just a workout, it’s an experience.

We appreciate everybody who continues to show up and choose growth. And just as hard as we train, we make sure we put that same energy into recovery.

This week we had @nazmassage1_ getting everybody right after we spent the morning running, sweating, and CRAWLING all over the 195 park 😂. Safe to say she was needed!

Work hard. Recover harder. Grow together.

Next Sunday is our LAST workout of the summer series, and we’re going out with a BANG.

Grit isn’t built when everything feels good.
It’s built when your body says enough and your mind says, “We finish what we started.”

I’ve learned grit isn’t about how strong you look when you start. It’s about what you can demand from yourself when you’re already tired.

Stop grabbing random supplements and hoping for the best. Ask us what fits YOUR goals.

And trust me, some of these new protein flavors are DIFFERENT.

Pull up, check the shelf & grab yours before your favorite flavor disappears.

Train here. Fuel here. Build here.
