“Human Geography” is the culmination of loving, walking, grieving, traveling, performing, listening, and returning to the breath, body, land underfoot, sky above as a way of embodied presence.

Every place we have lived leaves a trace. Every relationship redraws the map. Every grief changes the terrain.

“Human Geography” is memory made visible and it is an autobiography transformed into shared experience.

Human Geography began with a simple question: How does place or terrain shape the human and in turn the artist?

How am I, my dance, informed by the lake, the forest and the trees?

Metaphorically, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Ed Lantz, Founder and CEO of Vortex, Part 2 is an immersive media entrepreneur, engineer, producer and experience designer. He explains his model of how there could be an afterlife. At the SSE - Society for Scientific Exploration Conference @scientificexploration @vortexdomes @vorteximmersion

I was lucky enough to attend this conference and as a sciencey-skeptic obsessed with afterlife and psi evidence, I loved every second of it.

This was an incredible experience of constructive escapism… letting my mind wander into the abyss of a visual musical art display at the Planetarium, it felt like I was being transported into another dimension, enhanced with some Psilocybin therapy. Definitely recommend James Hoods immersive experience to anyone debating whether to buy tickets for future dates.
