The walk into the gym. The bench before warm-up. Standing around waiting your turn to fight. The stretch of silence right before you compete.

Those moments feel like nothing but they are actually everything. These are the moments where your mental reps get logged. Or where you leave the wasted time on the table. ⏳️

💭 Mental Imagery — Verify Your Vision
Don't just see the win. See the mistake. See the bad position, the nerves, the moment it gets ugly — then see yourself run your reset and get back to work. Confidence isn't hope. It's your brain recognizing a rep it's already done.

🫁 Breathing — Discipline Your Mind & Emotions
One Physiological Sigh: deep inhale through the nose, small second sip at the top, long exhale out the mouth. That exhale is the divider. You can't control the moment, but you can control your nervous system in it.

🗣 Self-Talk — Manage Your Voices
One voice panics after a mistake. The other voice executes. "Don't screw this up" is noise. "Next rep. Stay present." is your voice of intent running the show. Your inner dialogue isn't background noise, it's the difference between reacting and executing.

🛠 Pre-Fight Routine — Execute with Clarity
Elite performers don't show up and hope. Same breath. Same cue. Same Anchor Statement, every time. Structure isn't rigid, it's what lets you flow when it matters.

You don't need more time. You need to stop wasting the time you already have standing around.

Run the system in the gaps, and it shows up when it counts. ⚡️

Freedom World Championship
🇺🇸 Voshon Mack vs 🇨🇦 Simon Bonello
.
On September 12, Freedom Fighter Promotions returns to the “city of brotherly love” with Freedom 42 at the legendary 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. Fight fans prepare yourselves for a historic event of Muay Thai as the best meet inside the Freedom ring.
.
Freedom 42 brings to you 🇺🇸 Voshon Mack vs 🇨🇦 Simone Bonello in a Muay Thai 81kg light heavyweight Freedom World championship fight.
.
Voshon Mack was originally set to fight Chiwale McDowall from Canada. A few weeks ago Chiwale pulled out. We reached out to a number of countries to find a replacement but nobody was willing to step up to this big fight until today, and it’s still USA vs Canada. Representing USA is @voshonmack , from @beaconmixedmartialarts , who is a 3x Freedom USA Champion with an undefeated record of 12-0. Representing Canada is @simon.w.b.m.muaythai , from @etobicokemartialarts , who is an Ontario Provincial Champion and a Muay Thai Canada Champion with a record of 13-7-1.
.
Both fighters are ready to represent their country. @voshonmack has proven time and time again that he is the best in USA, earning him this shot at the prestigious Freedom world championship belt. @simon.w.b.m.muaythai is coming on 9 days notice to steal the show, and walk away with the biggest victory of his career. This is what every fighter dreams of, being a world champion. Find out September 12 who is victorious and leaves as a FREEDOM WORLD CHAMPION.

This weekend, a few guys from the team compete at WKA’s in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA. We had some big performances and some hard lessons. Every fight, win or lose, teaches you something you can’t learn in the gym.

Proud of every one of these guys for showing up and putting it on the line.

🏆 Congrats to Semih for taking the heavyweight division in Muay Thai!

Congrats to Rohan for taking 🥈in his kickboxing division!

Now it’s back to the lab. We take the wins, we take the lessons, and we keep building. See you on the mats tonight!💪🌊
