#44 scored sourdough loaves. Your smell is considered to be the sense that is closest linked to memory. Sourdough has always reminded me of my childhood. Lunches at Duke’s with my grandmothers, my brothers Cam, Rex, and my cousins Will, and Annie. It’s beautiful how each loaf is so unique but still brings you back to those moments. You’re present enjoying the food while also walking down memory lane. The left loaf has been water sprayed on before bake. While the right has been sprayed. #arewehavingfunyet
