Another announcement! We received funding from @aklcouncil for a ‘Local Creative Artist Initiative 2026’ 🌊🙏 We’re carrying out a year long plan to record & release three new local album LPs (currently underway!) and also put on a new public music talk series for the community featuring an amazing line up of artists 💫 6-7pm Sunday, Nov 8 - Liz Stokes / @jaywhyl33 💫 6-7pm Saturday, Dec 5 - @wonderfulprincesschelsea / Crystal Choi / Simeon Kavanagh-Vincent Hosted at @movespace_ this music talk series is free for 18yr & under and only $5 GA to attend. The topic we’ll be focusing on is ‘Navigating music after school/study’. Aiming to illuminate local artist experiences during this stage and to provide young musicians/artists more of a picture of what could come next. If you know of anyone who might be interested in coming along; high school students, university music students, up and coming artists looking to hear more about this stage - please spread the word and support so we can put on more of these! A Night With is my favourite thing I've ever done. An intimate, seated show with an artist I love, chatting together and hearing their amazing music up close, stripped back and shared with an audience of real fans. As the host, promoter & producer these shows took a lot out of me but I can finally say I feel the energy returning to go again. So tell me, who would you like to spend A Night With?
