Film study is an absolute game-changer for elevating your skills on the court. I’ve seen firsthand how breaking down game footage can transform a player’s understanding and execution. When you dive into film, you’re not just watching - you’re analyzing every move, every decision, and every outcome. It’s like having a blueprint for success right in front of you.

I always tell players that film doesn’t lie. It shows you exactly where you need to improve and highlights your strengths. By studying film, you can identify patterns in your game, spot defensive tendencies of opponents, and fine-tune your decision-making process.
