I had an amazing time attending @transformtraumaoxford @masterseventsltd 2026, a major international event focused on trauma, mental health and wellbeing. It brought together more than 6,000 people from around the world, including therapists, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, researchers, academics and other professionals working in mental health and healing.

The event featured more than 100 internationally recognised speakers and contributors, with keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops and experiential sessions. Speakers included Dr @gabormatemd Dr @bessel_van, @skypeacesong @dr.richardschwartz , @drjaninafisher and @rubywax and many others. As seen in my videos and slides.

The event took place across some of Oxford’s most historic venues, including the Sheldonian Theatre, New Theatre, Oxford Town Hall, Balliol College, Trinity College and the Bodleian Library. The theme was “Science, Spirit and the Body: The Synthesis of Healing,” exploring the connections between neuroscience, trauma, psychology, the body and spiritual understanding. What an event! I took home so much and highly recommend this event to other mental health professionals.

BHAKTI VIBES ONLY ❤️

That’s the vibe. Bhakti Vibes.

Stay connected to your heart.
Stay connected to the Divine.
Bhakti Vibes Only. ❤️

When you don’t want the Kirtan Fest to end… 🥹❤️

After the festival, we had the loveliest little wind-down together. Sharing a dinner made from the Prasadam leftovers, reflecting on this beautiful weekend, a gong bath guided by @shamminski and of course… more Kirtan! 🎶

We are so grateful for this weekend. For our amazing team, for all the wonderful Kirtaniyas who trusted us with the organization and travelled to Stuttgart to share their hearts and voices with us, and for every single soul who came, sang, danced and brought their presence to the festival.

Thank you for every voice, every dance move, every smile, every tear, every helping hand and every moment we shared.

It truly was a weekend we will remember forever. ❤️

Haribol! 🙏
