Double Dutch is history, community, and joy in motion. So grateful to return to Red Ventures’ Juneteenth Celebration for our 3rd year to keep the tradition alive and jumping.

Fashionably Fit 2024 🔥🔥

After teaching a class with about 30 AMAZING ladies, me and the crew had some fun during “RECESS”!! Just like back in the day. Let’s put those jumping and turning skills to work!! 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥

What was your favorite thing to do at RECESS? Let me know in the comments.

MY CREW DON’T PLAY!! 👊🏾

This is just 2 of them pictured at this event but there are a few others that hold it down with me consistently.

This ain’t easy and I’m hard on them sometimes but they get it. From turning these ropes for an hour in classes, turning for hours at events (often times in the heat), engaging with the people, and the ones behind the camera capturing these moments.

Oh they jump too! Sometimes with a little one in their arms! 💪🏾

I appreciate yall soooooooooo much!! 🫶🏾
