Off to explore the roof bars near to my accommodation.

Seen Bar situated in Tivoli Hotel was busy with lovely skyline views and good choice of cocktails. There was a man with an eagle ready to pose with.

Then on to V Sky Bar in the Vintage Hotel.
Small bar and smaller cocktail selection but nice seating area.

🍸Hidden Rose -Italicas, orange luquee, rose syrup, lemon juice. Inspired by Lisbon's hidden gardens, where floral scents meet sun-warmed stone. Enchanting, like a secret garden in Alfama

Off to get a quick bite to eat- prawns and fried potatoes.

The bits of Lisbon I love the most (at the moment.)

Besides my favorite tree, which I realize is a strange thing to save on Google Maps, my go-to spots are constantly evolving. Lately, I’ve been into beachfront cafes, cozy English bookshops, and of course a post-workout pastelaria. Let’s see what next season brings.

Last weekend, we marked International Yoga Day with @wearbodi8 and a morning flow at V Rooftop, setting the tone for a slower start to the day.

We’re rolling out the mats again on 11th July and would love to see you there. Afterwards, keep the feeling going with a treatment or Spa Day at The Vintage Spa.
