POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This post is long overdue, but life has been moving fast. Still, I never want to miss an opportunity to give God the glory for continually opening doors and showering me with His love and favor.

I am officially a proud 2x @tmcf_hbcu Leadership Institute attendee! I even left with interviews, and I am beyond excited to see what the future holds. Thank you to TMCF for the opportunity and the Honors College for the lovely sweaters.

A special thank you to the TMCF team, especially Ms. Caperton, for believing in me and pouring into me through every conversation, word of advice, and reminder to recognize my value and confidently highlight what I bring to the table.

Thank you, to the entire @drcharliewhillhonors Honors College, without your support and belief, none of us would be present for this opportunity. Working for you and representing you has given me an honor that I do not take for granted. I look forward to the days and work ahead. Also, a special shoutout to Dr. Donald and Ms. Walden, for your continued love, dedication, and kindness. You have inspired me to keep pushing, persevere, and never give up on myself, regardless of the circumstances.

To @vsu_nsls , thank you for allowing me to be your miss and the face of our mission and organization on campus, building better leaders. This organization has helped prepare me to lead with purpose, and I am proud to have represented nationally for the third time. Shout out to my fellow eboard member @selfmademurph, we were both in attendance!

And to @vstate_bsls , may this be an example to our littles and the next generation of what we strive to embody: inspiring and uplifting women both within our sisterhood and beyond. The connections, belonging, and support we share continue to strengthen my love for community. Thank you for your sisterhood and for allowing me to represent us. I hope to continue making you proud.💜🧡

God continues to remind me that every opportunity is bigger than me, and I am grateful for every person and experience shaping this journey.

Cheers to what’s next! I have a few more conferences coming up, so stay tuned.

10-Day Countdown: 3GC-HAEC 2027 Application Season 🇬🇭 🇹🇿 🇿🇦

5 days remain until our Ghana, Tanzania, and South Africa program applications close on October 2nd. 3GC-HAEC celebrates our partnership with the National HBCU Alumni Alliance and the Atlanta Alumni Alliance Association, led by Brother Dan Ford and an expansive alumni leadership team. Together we're building portals that connect scholars directly with alumni for mentorship, fundraising support, and guidance.

Alumni bring real fundraising power to this partnership. Scholars can tap into alumni-led fundraising drives, matching gift opportunities, and direct sponsorship connections to help cover program costs. Reach out early through the portal to build a relationship with an alumni sponsor and explore what support options fit your journey.

Scholars, mark your calendars: one-page Prospectus submissions are due September 29th. The non-refundable application fee is due October 12th, alongside the group interview for Alumni Doorstep eligibility.

Congratulations to every university student settling into the school year with strong momentum. This final week of September ushers in Homecoming season across our campuses. 3GC-HAEC champions balance alongside productivity, so give yourself rest as you build. "Rest Is Resistance: A Manifesto" by Tricia Hersey offers powerful language for that practice.

This Friday marks a moment to choose your global travel partner for the year ahead. Travel with intention, and let Pan-Africanism guide that journey. Make global travel part of your 2027 plans. With midterms approaching, set your Fall semester up as the foundation for a strong Spring.

Balance. Pan-African solidarity. 3GC-HAEC.

A note on safety: our QR code, featuring photos of our scholars, provides quick, direct access to the application. Verify any link or code through our official channels before engaging.

Keep building. Lean on your tribe, your campus community, and your alumni network whenever you need support this semester.

The spark seeds for 3GC Inc took root on our first journey to Ghana in 2012. Meet our 2021 group.

By 2014, 3GC opened its doors to students from multiple universities, answering a call from a Howard University student who wanted her and her peers to join us from CSULB, the birthplace of 3GC. We honor that Pan African spirit of networking, empowering scholars from different universities to Give, Gain, Grow united toward our full liberation. We uplift their leadership, service, community engagement, creativity, and conscious thinking to build a better world tomorrow.

Shout out to Dr. Sabrina for planting that request. The best ideas grow from students themselves - she now leads as faculty for 3GC-HAEC and serves as a Professor at VSU!
