Got some SBD action today... thanks to my friend at GL for letting me rumble at your location.

Behind was still pretty sore from other day, but surprisingly squats and deads moved well. Bench also moving at 145 for doubles.

Wasn't feeling all in for deads today, but I made myself commit.

Last couple of days... slowly rebuilding from that illness that threw me off program. But we are getting back. BW hovering where I feel most comfortable so that is at least on track. Just have to get comfortable under load again though.

For those wondering about the balance board...its just a warm up just to get things firing.

Bench is first and last.

Finally back from the flu. A bit slow but have to ease back in.

Almost forgot wearing my #Cannandacrew shirt cause it was the #highgroundimmuneblend that got me out of the loop.

Back under the razor bar again. You definitely feel the difference between the noodle bar over the powerbar.

Getting more D-Loading stuff done.. Thanks to @betterwithagetraining for letting me use the gym. Getting my position back with front squats, also getting some Spoto/Larsen press which surprisingly felt really good. Must have been the spot. I know some would be saying 🔴🔴🔴 for that plate loading 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

D-Loading... except a little push with the bench... things moving in the right direction it seems.

Late night training... had to redo the top single cause I thought I was still at warm weight up weight when I realized it was the top single for the squat. Meanwhile the first single was beltless and not realizing that I jumped from 125 to 165... no wonder I was like WTH did it feel heavy... needless to say, it went up regardless, but belted it up the second time.

Also another volume bench at 10 sets of ✌️ again. Building volume through this past few weeks should help with the bench base and get me back up to speed with the singles. Always funny to see guys be looking at me like I'm ego lifting but after watching controlled sets they be like sucking lemons.

BW down this AM at 64.9 which is getting much closer to my comfort zone.

Dropped in to my old training grounds...

Bench without chalk had me gripping on that bar like my life dependent on it.. Lol. But 10 sets of bench after heavy squats was definitely feeling good.
