POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I rode down to Vallejo today for the kite festival happening at the same waterfront park where the Vine Trail begins.
Something fun is always happening in Vallejo. There's no more excuses for sitting at home. Visit Vallejo lists most of the events happening around town. Give them a look.
And for those of you looking to up your fitness game, there are so many options.
I'm a cyclist. I'm on the Vine Trail down there a lot! Do you prefer company when you ride? Look into V-Town Bikes. You're a runner? Well, then Vallejo Run Club is what you're looking for. Something a little slower pace is more your speed? Check out RootedVallejo. They host a couple of hikes every week.
So whatever you're looking for, Vallejo's probably got it. Check out the groups I mentioned above.
It's time to get off of the couch!

The Vine Trail was at the Annual Visit Vallejo Tourism Luncheon today. Four Vine Trail Ambassadors attended this event that celebrates everything that makes Vallejo an excellent vacation destination. Mile 0 of the Vine Trail is right across the estuary from where we were, the Gateway to the Vine Trail!

The event was held at the Mare Island Coal Shed complex, in front of the Maritime National Historical Park. It was a beautiful setting, with the historical ships in the background emphasizing the importance that Vallejo has served for the region and the state.

Every time I attend an event in Vallejo, I meet more people who are dedicated & willing to do the work to make Vallejo better, and this group was no different. Both the elected officials and members of a variety of local organizations are dedicated to showing people why they should visit.

I'm proud to be a part of the Vine Trail, one of the catalysts that's helping to restore the luster to this under appreciated North Bay gem!

We’re going to Crockett this Sunday. We will meet at 10:00am at @theexchangevallejo and head out at 10:15. We will head out 5th towards the bridge and do a small lap in Crockett. We can make a decision whether we want to stop for food or get a lap of CMA before heading back to the start. As always this will be a party pace ride and no one is left behind. The ride is mostly paved and will be about 12ish miles
