Time to get creative! In this episode, I team up with my brother-in-law to build a custom OneWheel obstacle combining a slider, bonk, jump, and rail. Then we take it to the next level with some welding, new features, and plenty of testing!

From first slides to unexpected tricks on the OG XR, this DIY project opens up a whole new world of freestyle possibilities, all in one feature. There’s still room for improvement, but that’s part of the fun!

Build it. Test it. Shred it. Repeat. 🔥

Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen!

🏁 UPDATE: ESkrrrt at Olot is cancelled 😞

Unfortunately, our planned ESkrrrt weekend at the Olot race track won’t be happening.

The track has been hit by severe weather, causing financial challenges, and the venue has ultimately been overruled by a large-budget MX event. Needless to say, we’re pretty bummed—we were really looking forward to shredding with all of you.
BUT... we’ve got something even more exciting in the works. 👀⛰️

We’ve teamed up with Lars from Danish OneWheel Games to create an epic OneWheel Shred Weekend in the mountains around Barcelona! 🤙

📅 18–22 September
📍 Barcelona mountain area
🥗 Chef included for the stay

The timing is perfect if you’re already planning to ride the OWA Tour, as it’s right beforehand and just around the corner.

🔥 More details and the sign-up form are coming very soon.

⚠️ Only 20 spots available, so when registrations open, don’t sleep on this one.

Ey oh... let’s go! ⚡🏔️

What happens when you throw a bunch of Onewheel riders into the blazing French summer, add a brutal race track covered in dust, massive jumps, Mars-like landscapes, overheating boards, and a community that’s ready to send it all weekend long?

Welcome to Connection France 2026.

This trip had everything. From our first moments at the campsite and spontaneous pool sessions to scouting one of the most technical race tracks we’ve seen all year, the adventure never stopped. We explored hidden vineyard trails, got lost in the French countryside chasing burgers, rode through surreal red-rock terrain that looked straight out of another planet, and pushed both ourselves and our boards to the limit in 30°C heat.

Then came race day.

Dust clouds, wheel-to-wheel battles, huge sends, mechanical failures, dramatic crashes, photo-finish showdowns, freestyle sessions, lake swims, river dips, and some of the most intense racing action the European scene has to offer. Every lap delivered new surprises, and every rider left everything on the track.

But beyond the competition, this weekend was about what makes the Onewheel community so special: adventure, friendship, exploration, and the shared passion that brings riders together from all over Europe.

So grab that popcorn and some drinks, sit back, and join us for one unforgettable weekend of speed, stoke, and pure floating magic in the South of France.

Ey oh, let’s go!!! 🤙
