Just a boy from Texas who became a man with a vision. 🤎

Every now and then, I have to get back to nature (fan in hand) ha , get quiet, and reflect on how far that boy has come—and everything the man he became is still creating.

Right now, my mind is on The Body Exhibition. The vision, the stories, the women we’re celebrating, and the experience we’re building. I can feel this one becoming something special. @firevisualshtx

Texas raised me. Life shaped me. Purpose keeps me creating.

And trust me… The Body Exhibition is going to be GOOD. ✨

Put a lippie on, fix your mindset, and for God’s sake… stop entertaining the “what if I fail?” 😂💄

At some point, you have to stop being interested in whether or not it’s possible and start moving like there’s only one direction: FORWARD.

Will everything go perfectly? Absolutely not.
Will I have to pivot, learn, rebuild, pray and try again? Probably. 😏
But quitting? That’s not one of the possibilities I’m entertaining.

Failure is not an option. So… hear me. 💋

Like and share with someone you know who needs to hear this.

I’m not perfect. Nunca he dicho que lo soy.
I’m still learning, still growing, still asking God to work on the parts of me that need work. And trust me… there are parts. 😂

But growth has also taught me something else:

Being a good person does not require me to be silent when something isn’t right.

I can have a good heart and still speak up.
I can love people and still have boundaries.
I can forgive and still say, “No, you’re not going to treat me that way.”
I can follow God and still advocate for myself.

Ser buena mujer no significa dejar que te pasen por encima.
Tener fe no significa no tener voz.
Y tener un corazón humilde no significa hacerte pequeña para que otros estén cómodos.

Sometimes standing up for yourself won’t look “nice” to the person who benefited from your silence. And I’m learning to be okay with that.

I’m imperfect. Soy humana. I’ll get things wrong sometimes. I’ll apologize when I need to, correct myself when I need to, and keep growing.

But I will not confuse humility with silence anymore.

God is still working on me… pero también me está enseñando a usar la voz que Él me dio. ❤️

📖 “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” — Proverbs 24:16

And one more that fits this season:

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves…” — Proverbs 31:8

Grace AND backbone.
Fe, gracia y carácter. 🙏🏽🔥

Unpopular opinion: Not everything called “community” is actually community. 👀

Bullying in networking spaces doesn’t always look obvious.

Sometimes it looks like exclusion.
Intimidation.
Manipulation.
Gatekeeping.
Using connections, influence, or status to make someone else feel small.

And mi gente… that is NOT empowerment.

Especially in spaces created around women supporting women, we have to be willing to ask ourselves: Are we actually building community—or are we creating another hierarchy where certain people get to decide who belongs?

Because there is room for ALL of us. ❤️

You can be a strong woman without trying to overpower another woman.

You can say, “No estoy de acuerdo contigo,” and still remain professional.

You can have boundaries without being disrespectful.

You can have incredible connections without constantly reminding everyone who you know.

And you can protect your business without trying to intimidate someone else into silence.

Networking should create bridges—not territories.

As Latina entrepreneurs, creators, professionals, and business owners, I want to see us opening puertas for one another not standing in front of them deciding who deserves to walk through.

Because your title, following, connections, money, or influence don’t determine your character.

How you treat people does.

Real leadership doesn’t require someone else to feel powerless so you can feel powerful.

Build your table. Protect your boundaries. Stand firme in who you are.

But never forget: there is enough room para todas. ❤️ and that’s not a tagline to use ACTIONS ALWAYS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

If you agree, LIKE AND SHARE. Let’s reach every woman who feels like they are alone out there, women who have been shunned, humiliated or treated with disrespect for not meeting someone’s standards… let’s talk about things no one wants to discuss

Unpopular opinion: Your professionalism isn’t measured by how you treat people you think are important. It’s revealed by how you treat people you think can do nothing for you.

A smaller business isn’t a lesser business.
Fewer followers doesn’t mean less value.
And success should never make you too important to acknowledge people.

You don’t have to collaborate with everyone. You don’t have to say yes to every opportunity. But you can still respond with respect.

Your accomplishments show what you’ve built. How you treat people shows who you are.

Stay humble. Stay professional. Character will always speak louder than status.

If this resonates with you, LIKE & SHARE.

If anyone has any idea I’m all ears haha, it just doesn’t make sense and it’s ironic, I removed a few people because I assumed they don’t resonate with what I’m doing, so I remove them then they see one of my videos and support it 😂🤦🏼‍♂️
