There’s marketing… and then there’s marketing within the marketing 😂

If you look closely, this video basically tells you everything happening at Unity right now.

Judith ran out with a Step board because STEP IS BACK September 25 👀

Jason carried out one of our members because apparently at Unity, “we’ve got you” can get very literal 😂

Coach Teisha made sure the @perfectsports protein came with her because we take our partnerships AND our shake bar seriously 💪🏾🥤

And of course, the captain went down with the ship 🫡

But behind the laughs, we’ve been listening.

More 4:30 PM classes are coming.
New classes are being added.
Membership and class sales are coming too.

We know things are expensive right now. We know schedules are busy. We know taking care of yourself can sometimes feel like the first thing that gets pushed aside.

We hear you, and we’re doing everything we can to make Unity more accessible, flexible and worth showing up for.

So if you’ve been waiting for the right time to start, restart or get back into your routine, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. 💜

Don’t just watch what’s happening at Unity. Come be part of it.

Send us a DM today and let us help you find the class, membership or routine that works for you.

SEE YOU AT UNITY. 🔥

Honoured to share that Youth United was recognized last night as a Toronto Community Champion Award Recipient 🏆❤️

Out of 25 organizations across the city, we were recognized for the impact of our programs and the difference being made in our community.

A huge shoutout to all of our staff, volunteers, supporters, and especially our youth — this would not be possible without you. Thank you for helping us build a program that has continued to grow and make an impact for so many years.

We’re just getting started 🙏🏾

Struggling with your workouts when you’re not at Unity? 👀

Yes, you heard that right. Your workouts don’t just start when class begins. They start with how you fuel your body.

If choosing what to eat feels confusing, Dr. Quinton Nurse is coming to break it down.

Gut health. What food groups to avoid. Post-workout recovery. Energy. Aging well. Real-life nutrition without crash diets that help support your joints.

Lift N Glow is TOMORROW NIGHT and this is your reminder that it only happens once a month. ✨🔥

One night.
One chance to pull up, let loose, move your body, and have some actual fun doing it.

This is not your regular Friday night workout.
This is the kind of night you come to for the energy, the music, the glow, the people, the sweat, the laughs, the giveaways, and the feeling you leave with after doing something for YOU.

Your own station.
No pressure.
Just a room full of people showing up for themselves and having a good time doing it.

If you’ve been saying you need to get out more, get back into a routine, or do something different, this is your sign.

Tickets are on sale now and spots are limited.
Link in bio. Don’t wait for next month. 💫

Coach Jason knows the assignment 😮‍💨🥤

Class done, shake bar next.

Our favourite shake maker is back there serving up the post-workout recovery everyone loves, and right now shakes are just $4 🙌🏽

Getting a shake in right after class is one of the easiest ways to support recovery, help your muscles rebuild, keep you feeling full longer, and make it easier to stay on track with your goals. More protein, better recovery, less guesswork.

Pull up after class, grab your shake, and see why everybody’s been loving this deal 💪🏽💜

Honored to support the Jamal Magloire Foundation at their Hollywood Glamour Gala & Fundraiser at Casa Loma this past week. This was a TALL order ☺️

Their commitment to empowering youth and community aligns with work that matters.

We brought 360° booth action and our signature Spotlight Booth with upgraded decor on both experiences.

No line-ups, no delays — instant photos and videos with a sharing station so guests could celebrate and share in real time. We elevate events with intent, especially when they amplify purpose.

Ready for the next one.
