Donna asked me to come and document her penultimate gym session today, before taking to the stage on Saturday at the UKUP @wabbagb 💪

It’s Donna’s first time back on the Bodybuilding Stage after 23 years, and I am sure we are all behind her 💯

She decided to compete again to raise much needed money and awareness for @livingwithparkinsonslwp after her husband, Steve, was diagnosed with the disease 💰

After different events across the island, including a powerful @gemma_cartwright_fitness group Strength Session so close to her target of €1800, let’s help her to achieve it and more before stepping on that stage on Saturday 🎯

I look forward to sharing more footage from the session but until then, let’s congratulate the amazing @donna_marie_duff on dedication, training and perseverance for such a worthy cause 🏋️‍♀️

You're always your own competition on stage, you know? I took a page from @elliotrobinsonfitness and try to stay focused on myself, not trying to be someone else.

Four shows in, with some ups and downs, but I'm still learning every day. We'll make mistakes on stage, it's only natural. Just learn from it. This year has shown me a whole new side of myself. Smile and be in the moment and life is so much easier.

First time on stage and coming home a champion @nicola.spencer.39 🤩

Absolutely smashed it yesterday slight earlier show then we originally planned but I’ve said it before when your ready your ready 💯

First place athletic bikini 🥇
Second place masters bikini 🥈
We also jumped in beginners and fit mums which were massive classes and I knew Nikkie would be a touch too lean for but it’s all about gaining stage experience and having fun and she absolutely smashed them too getting a 4th and 5th 👏 absolutely amazing work

So proud of Nikkie and how she has handled this prep with a corporate job that takes her regularly across the world and 2 kids too look after she has proved that it really is possible when you put your mind to it 💚
