Pacific Crest 26..

I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I signed up for year two with this organization. I had no clue that this was going to be one of the most important and meaningful summers of my career.

Each day, I got a chance to raise the bar for myself, which wasn’t always easy, but getting a chance to push past what I thought was my limit made me realize what I was capable of. I’m thankful for the adversity now, knowing that I’m better because of it.

But one of the most memorable things this summer was getting to push everyday with the best group of people who I get to call my friends. The battery showed me how to not only push myself, but to have fun doing so, which was one of the best things ever. Not only did we hype our wins, but we hyped our struggles, which made every day special.

Thank you so much not only to my friends, but to the staff for being super committed every day, block, and rep. And thank you all for creating such a great place for us to learn not only to be a great battery, but to be great people.

It’s time I stop avoiding this post.
The truth is, I just don’t want to accept that what we once were, will never be again. However, I think its time.

Staff-
Thank you guys.
Beyond becoming a better musician, I truly feel ive become a better person. The lessons you guys taught us always reached deeper than music and always had a way of making me laugh in a way i’ll always cherish 😋

Battery-
I can instantly think of my favorite moment from each and every one of you
I don’t know how to explain it but I feel like I could spend eternity with you guys and never get sick of it. I’m happy I got to know all of you and I hope this isn’t the last time we see eachother. love you all :)

Tide Quads-
I can’t lie… I was pretty nervous going into the season knowing the 3 of yall were vets😭
but little did I know you guys would become the 3 guys I cherish the most. I can’t thank you guys enough for giving me such a memorable time of my life. I’ll be chasing this feeling for a long time even though it might not ever occur again lol. If I could go back to relive the diamond bar days I would. EVEN IF IT MEANT having to go through all the hard parts over again because you guys make it so absolutely fricken worth it. Thank you tide quads. Thank you guys for accepting me into the culture you guys started and for making it easy to be myself in the chaotic world of dci.

….this better not be the last time we get to march together by the way or ill slime yall out.
