One year. 25 tables. Nearly 300 guests. Countless memories. ❤️ And just like that, Aamhi Marathi turned ONE! 🥹 A year filled with elaborate menus, endless prep, late-night cooking, last-minute chaos, laughter, new friendships, and moments that made every bit of effort worthwhile! We’ve experimented, learned, celebrated, and grown with every table. Some things went exactly as planned, others… well, let’s just say they made for great stories! 😂 But the most special part of this journey has been the people. Those who showed up for our very first table, those who joined us along the way, those who kept coming back, and everyone who cheered us on from the sidelines. ❤️ To our families, friends, helpers, and every single guest who has been part of Aamhi Marathi — THANK YOU! 🙏 Here’s to a year of bringing Maharashtrian food, traditions, and hospitality together, and to all the stories still waiting to unfold! 🥰 One year down, and so much more to dream about! आम्ही मराठी ❤️ . #AamhiMarathi #anniversary #MaharashtrianFood #MarathiCulture #MaharashtrianCuisine SeattleFoodCommunity MarathiFood

And I couldn’t have asked for a better person to share this journey with!🥰 Here’s to more laughter, more madness, more spontaneous plans, more dreams turning into reality, and a whole lot of memories still waiting to be made! Happy Birthday, @wagalrakhee ! 🤗 So glad life gave me a friend and a partner like you! 🥂🙏

A little glimpse into a day that will stay with us for a long, long time. ❤️ From getting everything ready, welcoming everyone in, Bappa’s darshan and aarti… to the sounds of laughter, conversations, and a full Pangat coming together. 🪔🌺 There was something so special about seeing everyone sit side by side, enjoying a traditional Maharashtrian Pangat the way so many of us remember it — with आग्रह, गप्पा, and that unmistakable feeling of घरचं. ❤️ So much warmth, so much joy, and so many beautiful moments packed into one afternoon. Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏🏼 Pudhchya varshi lavkar ya ! . Captured by the so talented @visionbyawais 🥰🙏 . The part of hosting that rarely makes it to the final pictures. ❤️ For every beautifully laid thaali and every guest seated for Pangat, there were countless conversations, decisions, checklists, changed plans, early mornings and helping hands behind it. Some details were big. Some were so tiny that our guests would probably never notice them — and that was exactly the point. We wanted everything to flow naturally, so they could simply arrive, celebrate, eat and enjoy. 🥹 There were tired feet, very little sleep, a kitchen that never seemed to stop 😄, and plenty of “Are we forgetting something?” moments. But then the aarti began. The Pangat filled up. Food started going out. And we finally got to watch something we had imagined for weeks actually happen in front of us. ❤️ Exhausting? Absolutely. Would we do it all over again? Absolutely. 🥹 .
