We’re proud to announce that ThinkProp, alongside Mawaheb and Abu Dhabi School of Management, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) to support the launch of the new Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker Transformation Course, the emirate’s new mandatory licensing curriculum for real estate brokers.

The MoU covers training delivery, the joint development of ADREC recognised courses and certification, and applied research, helping establish one clear standard of regulatory knowledge and professional conduct for every licensed broker in Abu Dhabi.

Signed during LIVEX 2026, this partnership reflects ThinkProp’s commitment to preparing brokers to act as trusted advisors to their clients, and to supporting the continued growth of Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
