There’s just no secret or shortcut to success. The only way to do it is through hard work, preparation, learning from your failures, and having an unshakeable and unbreakable resolve - Akwasi Frimpong.

Behind the Lens📸

@blenderbottle has long been associated with gym culture as a trusted tool in the routines of athletes and fitness enthusiasts around the world. But fitness doesn’t always happen inside a gym; it happens in countless other spaces where movement and discipline intersect.

“This realization led to BlenderBottle Sport, an initiative designed to celebrate athletes whose stories extend beyond traditional gym environments,” says @trovebrands Photography Manager @wakeblake_. “The goal was to create imagery that authentically represents real athletes and real effort — visuals that resonate with anyone who trains, competes or moves with purpose.”

We made a movie in 48 hours!

I’m so lucky to know so many passionate and creative people. It’s an incredible thing being on a set where everyone involved is working as hard as they can in their specific lane. When this happens you end up making some magic. This was my second year doing the @48hourfilmproject and it will definitely not be my last.

@owala new collection drop 💧🧜🏽‍♀️

by far the coolest campaign of 2024 nestled up in santa barbara. i really got to play mermaid AND see the prettiest sunset i’ve ever seen :’) this crew was so fun that i ended up crashing their dinner post shoot to keep hangin. shoutout to the real ones @wakeblake_ & @millomaketh for being one of very few clients that actually send the photos to the models 🤌🏼

can’t for the next one with this squad 🧡

January seriously felt like it lasted 1 week.

I shot a bunch of things, became a co-fish dad, met world’s strongest man, worked out a lot, got tendinitis and tried to leave the snowy weather as much as possible.
