Marco Island only has two seasons:

In season and off-season😂

In season brings packed beaches, bustling restaurants, a lively farmers market and the daily hunt for parking. Off-season brings quiet roads, no long waits for your favorite table and beaches that feel entirely yours.

And while our leaves may not change, our fall colors show up in the sunsets🌅

Which do you prefer—in season or off-season? Bonus points if you can name the local spots along the way👀🌴

Rain got you stuck inside? Don’t let the forecast fool ya☔🌴 A little rain on Marco Island doesn’t mean the fun has to stop.

Start your morning with a cozy coffee from @wakeupmarco , then head over to @orisbakeryandcafe for one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches.

If you’re looking to stay active, get a workout in at the gym or take a Pilates class at @urbnpilates_studio before heading out for the day.

Spend the afternoon shopping @pinkhibiscusboutique , browsing Marco Island’s local art galleries, or stop by the Marco Island Historical Museum to learn about the Calusa Indians and our island’s fascinating history.

Need a little relaxation? Treat yourself to a spa day at the @jwmarcoisland

Or if you’re in the mood for something more fun, head to 10K Alley for bowling, arcade games, mini golf, plus food and drinks.

Before you call it a day, don’t forget a stop at @sweetanniesmarcoisland for some homemade ice cream.

And if you’re lucky, the rain will clear just in time for sunset.

Some of the most beautiful sunsets on Marco Island happen after a summer storm, when the clouds light up with shades of pink, orange, purple, and gold. Every one is a little different—and that’s what makes them so special.

Did anyone else catch the little flash of lightning during the sunset? ⚡🌅 Let me know in the comments below👇
