@three.eyed.tiger.oc at @pioneer.cm pop-up - first time for Three Eyed Tiger to give OC a looksie at their drinks and food. The temperature outside had nothing on the heat being slung from @via_gianna and @tabby.sabby behind the bar. I am telling you now, Three Eyed Tiger is one of the most anticipated openings in recent memory for me, and huge props to Pioneer for hosting the homies for this Sunday showcase. This is a special one for sure.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve introduced the people and priorities that help shape the 24 Carrots experience. But the story has always been bigger than any one leader or team.

As an employee-owned company, we all have a stake in the standard we set and the experiences we create. At 24 Carrots, food has never been just another part of the event.

It is one of the defining expressions of our experience, bringing creativity, generosity, and craft to the table in a way guests can see, taste, and remember.

Creating that experience consistently takes more than great food.

That responsibility is led by Executive Chef Matthew Luna, alongside Executive Pastry Chef Janae Bueno and Executive Sous Chefs Anthony Celeste and Salvador Candelario.

Together, they bring distinct perspectives and expertise to one shared purpose: carrying our culinary legacy forward while continuing to raise the bar.

That means knowing what should remain timeless and where there is room to explore.

It means refining techniques, developing new ideas, and continually looking for ways to make each menu feel thoughtful, relevant, and distinctly 24 Carrots.

Because the standard is found in the details.

In the balance of a dish, the quality of an ingredient, the precision of a technique, and the way every element comes together on the plate.

It is also what allows creativity to translate into consistency.

From the first tasting to the final plate served, the goal is the same: thoughtful food, executed with intention, at a level our clients can trust event after event.

That is the work our Culinary Leadership Team carries forward every day: protecting what has made 24 Carrots distinctive while continuing to evolve what our food can become.

We had a blast this morning with the team from @ktla5news talking all things @burgerweek.official 🍔 Champagnes Kitchen was honored to chat about our BACKYARD BBQ BURGER with our 1/4 lb burger patty, thinly sliced tri-tip, crispy onions, tomato BBQ chutney and jalapeno cheese sauce on a soft brioche bun with our side of fries and a domestic draft!
