When the doctor finally clears you to get back to activities, what do you do? You book that stunt private! After being medically restricted for over a month and being away from coed stunting for over TWO YEARS, it felt so good to get back out there! I was doing Level 5 stunting in Allstar cheer before everything, and now we’re back learning new skills and working on things I’ve never done before! In just 30 minutes, we were already working on new things! And no, it’s definitely not perfect. I’ve never done a full around-around, a back handspring up, or hand-in-hand coed before, so there’s plenty to learn and lots of work ahead! But this is about more than stunting. It’s about rebuilding my confidence, trusting myself again, and finding that part of me that I’ve missed so much. The skills may take time, but the confidence comes back one step at a time. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m proud of myself for getting back out there and trying. This comeback is personal, and I’m just getting started! #coedstunts #stuntin #cheerisasport #learning #growthmindsets
