Not every baseball workout needs to look like baseball!

This high-intensity speed session focused on sprint mechanics, elasticity, coordination, reactive strength, and exposure to high running velocities.

The goal is to build physical qualities that transfer when it matters - creating a faster, more explosive, and better-moving athlete!

The Workout:
• Straight-Leg Bounds — 4×30 yd | 2 min rest
• Overspeed 60s — 4× | 5 min rest
• A-Skips, B-Skips & A-Runs — 5×10 yd each | Walk rest
• Power Speed Drills — A-Skips, B-Skips & A-Runs + 25 lb overhead — 5×10 yd each | Walk rest
• “Big Three” — Modified Curl-Up, Bird Dogs & Side Planks — 10×10 sec each
