Making the most of the weather before it changes for the earlier part of this week. I couldn’t decide if I was going to paddleboard or walk today. I eventually decided to SUP as I would not get a chance for at least a few days to paddleboard again. #vanlife #vanlifeuk #paddleboard #sup #ullswater #lakedistrict #lakedistrictnationalpark #glenridding #redpaddle #supuk #nationaltrust #escapewatersports

Attempts and failed attempts trying to get a selfie the other day rather than get the tripod and proper camera out, I was balancing my phone on rocks, I can often take my proper camera gear for a walk. I never get it out and just use my phone for convenience. #vanlife #vanlifeuk #walking #hiking #selfie #yorkshiredales #clapham #pothole #travelling #roadtrip

Todays 26 km walk, decided to walk from the motorhome which is parked in Ingleton along to Clapham and then up to the deepest open pothole in the UK. The pothole is about 100 m deep and large enough inside to take York Minster. If you scroll to the right, you will see a black and white photo, this photo I took back in about 2013 when I last descended the pothole. Gaping Gill pothole

Saturdays mine explore with @cornish_xplora (a short version for IG, we we’re underground for about 3 hours.
We abseiled down one of the shafts to get into one of the adits. The first part of the mine was dated around 1808 but we went through into the newer workings. #urbanexplorer #urbex #urbextreme #cornishmines #cornishcoppermine #coppermine #undergroundexplorers #undergroundmining #ukexplorers #underground #undergroundexploring #mines #mineexplorer #mineexploring #mineexploration #mineadventures #belowground #undergroundexplorers #undergroundexploration #undergroundadventures #undergroundphotography #mine #mines #mineexplorer #mineexploring #mineralformations #mineexploration #subterranean #camborneschoolofmines

After getting back from skiing I have been working non stop on my kitchen so delayed getting photos up.

Here is a selfie of a morning ski in the Courchevel ski area. Such a brilliant week’s skiing. #skiing #ski #courchevel #threevalleys #meribel #valthorens #salomon #salomonski #mountains #alps #france #winter #snow #selfie
