Comment “LINK” and I’ll send you a DM with the link and a discount code🤗

Over the last few months, getting to the gym consistently has honestly been a struggle. I’m nowhere near as consistent with the gym as I was at the start of this year…

But something I have managed to stay really consistent with is walking. Thanks to my @walkingpad_uk friend right here.

I’m using the R2 WalkingPad, and this one is honestly so convenient because it folds in half, so once you’re done you can just tuck it away 🤯

It also connects to your phone so you can manage everything from there, and it comes with a little remote too🥳

Comment ‘workout bench’ and I’ll send you the link to 15% off!

This bench has made my training at home so much smoother and more enjoyable! Everything is all in one place and the addition of the cable resistance has been so great for upper body training.

AND strong bones, strong legs, strong arms, strong shoulders, better nutrition - we work on HEALTH - BUT who doesn’t want a good butt? And most Mums I coach start off with a weak core and no idea what to do.

With my mum clients we work on strengthening the deep core muscles which can be left weaker postpartum as well as working on the glutes to banish the square mum but that seems to creep up on us all? Seriously I lost mine entirely. We also work the upper body because trust me it makes mum life easier and again…toned arms are strong arms!

So if you’re interested follow me for free tips but also I am soon launching a group coaching programme and I have a wonderful tribe of 1-1 clients who are smashing their training and getting stronger and healthier every week 💕

I know time is short, so my coaching takes into account the busy mum life, it’s designed around you!

Also bench is the BX2 @walkingpad_uk and it’s epic!!!!

We converted our storage room of doom to a home gym 💪

AD It's now officially complete thanks to the arrival of our G5i @walkingpad_uk treadmill, which is a game changer if you have limited space like us.

It's so easy to set up and store away and with its various speeds and incline feature, the G5i is perfect for varied intensity workouts.

I've been saying to Ga that I needed a treadmill, so I've hot no no excuse now to avoid training 🤪

The 5 common mistakes👇

If you’re working out regularly and eating healthy food, but still holding onto too much body fat, you’re not “holding onto fat” 🙅🏻‍♀️…

It’s likely because you’re making one or all of these common mistakes:

1️⃣ You’re eating “clean” / healthy food, but still consuming more calories than you’re burning each day.

Eating healthy is super important for your health, but you can STILL eat “healthy” food and gain fat or find it hard to lose fat 🙈

✔️ Instead learn how many calories you should be eating for your current activity level and goals

2️⃣ You’re working out regularly but you’re sedentary outside of your workouts.

In case you didn’t know daily movement (e.g. the amount of daily “steps” you do) is actually responsible for burning more calories each week than your workouts 🔥

✔️ So get yourself a watch ⌚️ that tracks your daily steps count and focus on increasing your daily steps each week 👣

3️⃣ You’re doing lots of “exercise” but missing out on strength training.

✔️ Lifting weights and doing strength training boosts your metabolism, regulates your hormones & “tones” your physique in all the right places, so it’s a more effective use of your precious time for exercise 🏋️‍♀️

4️⃣ You’re working out hard, and tracking your calories and steps, but only on the days where you’re being “good” 🥴

People say an “off track” day can’t ruin anything, but it just depends how “off track” you go… 🤷🏻‍♀️

✔️ Instead focus on being consistent with your nutrition, steps and training, and the results will follow 💪👏👏

5️⃣ You’re drinking alcohol too regularly🍷

Aside from the extra calories, alcohol is a toxin to the body. So processes like fat burning or muscle building stop ✋ until the body cleans it out. Not to mention the negative effects it has on stress and anxiety, especially during perimenopause 😫

✔️ So it’s definitely one to reduce or avoid completely if you’re not seeing results 💯💯💯

BETWEEN THE PUNCHES… AND THE FUCKING FLOOR! 😂

All I wanted was the bloody clock!

Recording this week's Between the Punches while walking on my ridiculously small walking pad, I reached across for the clock, stepped off one side, overcorrected and nearly launched myself off the other.

"Ooh FUCK!" 🤣

Meanwhile, my son Harri, sitting directly in front of me, doesn't even blink. Not a flinch. Not a glance. Absolutely fuck all.

68 days of watching his dad do increasingly ridiculous shit and he's clearly become completely immune to it.

WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT…

Dear @deerrun_uk , @walkingpad_uk @branxfitnessuk and @home_fitness_code

Any chance one of you fancies rescuing a 49-year-old Welsh bloke from his tiny walking pad before he ends up going through the living room window? 😂

I'm on a mission to move more every single day, encourage others to do the same and hopefully get a bit fitter along the way.

A proper treadmill with a wider, longer belt, some handles and enough room for my fat arse would be an absolute game changer.

I'm happy to put it through its paces, share the journey and demonstrate exactly how much punishment it can take.

MOVE MORE. FALL LESS. TRY NOT TO DIE. 💛🖤

Ad. Turning my kitchen into a gym with @walkingpad_uk?

I wanted to start working out again but obviously struggling with time at the minute especially since home ed started. Having a treadmill at home means I can work out around the kids and when I’m not using it I can fold it away and store it against the wall.

Use my code ARROWSMITH to get 13% off, that’s over £200 on the G5i
