Today is Day 3 of the 30 Day Challenge 💖 I woke up feeling super motivated to get on my mat and opted for the 30 Minute Advanced Monday Morning Power Flow with exercises to: 🔥 Fire up your deep core & flatten your belly 🍑 Perk up your booty 💪 Get long lean legs The sessions are short which makes them feel super “doable” and easy to squeeze in. Getting messages from other people who are also doing the challenge and had already completed their workout put a 🔥 under my butt to get mine done! 😆 Here’s today’s workouts: BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE 25 MINUTE BEACH MORNING ACTIVATION 🍑 🔥 ADVANCED 30 MINUTES MONDAY MORNING POWER FLOW (that’s the one I did 😊) 💪 💪 EXPRESS 10 MINUTES MOOD LIFTER 🍑🔥 EASY/ STRETCHY 23 MINUTE UPPER BACK, NECK & SHOULDER RELEASE 💖 Which workout did you choose? If you haven’t started yet, it’s not too late to join us. Drop a 🔥 below and I’ll send you the link or checkout the link in my bio 😘❤️💪 #pilateschallenge #fitbodyfreshmind #longleanlines #fitbodyfreshmindchallenge

Today was day 2 of the 30 Day Challenge! I woke up super motivated 😆 to get on my mat even though I did yesterday’s workout pretty late in the day! I think the fact that the sessions are short make them feel super “doable” and easy to squeeze in. Also the fact that I woke up to tons of messages from other people who are also doing the challenge and had already completed their workout put a 🔥 under my butt to get mine done! 😆 Here’s today’s workouts: BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE 19 MINUTE BOOTY BURN 🍑 🔥 ADVANCED 21 MINUTES FULL BODY FOCUS ON ABS & ASS (that’s the one I did 😊) 💪 💪 EXPRESS 10 MINUTES TO A BEAUTIFUL BUM 🍑🔥 EASY/ STRETCHY 25 MINUTE SWEET SUNDAY FLOW💖 Which workout did you choose? If you haven’t started yet, it’s not too late to join us. Drop a 🔥 below and I’ll send you the link or checkout the link in my bio 😘❤️💪 #pilateschallenge #fitbodyfreshmind #longleanlines #fitbodyfreshmindchallenge
