What a fabulous way to end the year! I’m so honoured to be the last guest host of #blameitonmyvintageheart for 2023! Play along with us, YOU could be the first feature of 2024!!

𝙵𝙴𝙰𝚃𝚄𝚁𝙴 ✨

Happy Thursday Friends!
Welcome to another biweekly round of #blameitonmyvintageheart 🤍

We are looking forward to seeing all the vintage, chippy, and antique goodness in your homes this week! We can’t wait to see what you all post!

We are excited to welcome Sue @brocante_victoria as our feature.

Sue’s beautiful vignette won over our vintage loving hearts with her mixture of winter greens and her beautiful white ironstone pieces! The vintage Big Ben’s were a perfect reminder that it’s almost time to ring out the old and ring in the new! Just four more days! 🎉 Sue is hoping to start a few more vintage collections in 2024, and we can’t wait to see what they are!

Be sure to head over to Sue’s page and check out her amazing account filled with her beautiful vintage collections. We know you’ll be glad you did, as she is definitely #onetofollow !

This hashtag runs for two weeks, giving you more time to play along. Post an original photo with the hashtag #blameitonmyvintageheart and tag your hosts so we are sure to see. The winner will be announced in our feature photo in two weeks where they will be invited to be our guest host for the next round.

My father-in-law (top row, center), graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. He traveled the world on military ships, delivering personnel and supplies during WW2. He retired from the service as a Lieutenant Commander, then went to work as a mechanical engineer, and was active in the Coast Guard Reserves. I’m grateful for him and all the others who have served our country, and the many who died doing so. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day vignette, sharing for #virtualvintagehunt:

Brass: candlestick
Flag: ✔️
Book: “Washington’s General”, and a red one for good measure 😉
Old Photo:✔️
