POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night was SO much fun!! 🤩🎬

Our very first Nexus After Hours had a little bit of everything — great CPD, dinner, popcorn, lots of chatting, giveaways… and $1,265 raised for Sophie’s Legacy. 💛

That part makes us especially happy.

We were also incredibly lucky to have three surprise raffle prizes generously donated for the night — wallisentertainment gift cards, a VetDojo subscription, and an Evergreen Sterilisation Container Kit from Knight Benedikt Australia. Such a fun extra for everyone who came along.

A huge thank you to Dr Charles Kuntz for being so generous with his time and knowledge, and to Knight Benedikt Australia for backing our very first event and helping make the night such a success.

And thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, shared the event, came along, brought a friend, or helped us spread the word.

We really wanted Nexus After Hours to feel relaxed, useful, welcoming and a little bit different from the usual CPD night — and last night felt exactly like that.

For our first one, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start.

And now we’re already talking about the next Nexus After Hours… 👀

More soon. 💛

The countdown is on. In less than a week, Invisible

Injuries is back on the road, bringing our national cinema tour to Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

For many veterans, the hardest battle begins at home.
Invisible Injuries takes audiences beyond the uniform and into the realities of PTSD, its impact on relationships and families, and the battles that don’t end when service does.

This independently produced Australian feature documentary was made to start conversations that too often go unheard.

And now, we’re bringing those conversations to you.

#ADELAIDE. SOME STORIES DESERVE MORE THAN A SCROLL.

On Sunday, 1 November, INVISIBLE INJURIES comes to Wallis Cinemas Glenelg for a special ONE-NIGHT-ONLY CINEMA EVENT.

🎬 SUNDAY 1 NOVEMBER | 2PM
📍 @wallisentertainment , GLENELG - ADELAIDE

For many Australian veterans, the hardest battle begins when they return home.

Invisible Injuries is a powerful Australian feature documentary following veteran Andy Fermo and exploring the realities of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military service, family, identity and life after Defence.

These are the stories we don’t always see. The conversations we don’t always have. And the experiences that deserve to be heard.

Whether you’re a veteran, serving Defence member, first responder, family member, mental health professional, or simply someone who believes these stories matter, this film is for you.

🏆 Official Selection — CinefestOZ 2026
🏆 Official Selection — International Film Festival The Hague 2026

ADELAIDE, we want to start this conversation with you.

THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL TOUR IS HERE. 🎬🇦🇺

After an incredible first leg of Invisible Injuries with 4 cities, 5 screenings and more than 400 people in 9 days, we’re getting back on the road.

This time:

📍 MELBOURNE — October 26 | Lido Cinemas
📍 BRISBANE — October 28 | Dendy Cinemas
📍 ADELAIDE — November 1 | Wallis Glenelg

Every screening will be followed by a live Q&A, because we’ve learned that some of the most important moments happen after the credits.

People stay. They ask questions. Veterans and families share their experiences. Strangers talk to each other. And people with no military connection at all tell us they leave thinking differently about someone in their own life.

Because while Invisible Injuries begins with one veteran’s story, the conversation is much bigger.

How much of a person do we judge without knowing what happened to them?

Three more cities. Three more rooms. Three more opportunities to keep that conversation moving.

If you’re in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide, come and experience this one with us.

🎟️ TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW (Adelaide coming soon):

Bring someone with you.

The more we talk about what we can’t see, the less invisible it becomes.

“I thought I understood PTSD, but this film widened my view.”

That's why we made Invisible Injuries.

Not simply to explain PTSD.

To put you inside a story.
To challenge what you think you understand.
To show what can remain long after the uniform is hung up.

And maybe, when the lights come back on, to make you look at someone in your own life a little differently.

More than 400 people have joined us so far.

Now it's Melbourne and Adelaide's turn. ❤️
