💚🖤💚*** Sponsor Spotlight Championships 2026 ***💚🖤💚
Looking back on an unforgettable weekend of rowing, we still have a number of very important businesses to thank! One of those being @walshscarpetsflooring for coming on board as a sponsor this season. We are extremely grateful to all at Walsh’s Carpets and Flooring for their generosity! 👏🏼 Without your support, hosting such an amazing event would not have been possible! Thank you! 💚🖤💚

We love this flooring so much. It’s used all through the ground floor - except for the kitchen, cloakroom, utility room and bathroom.

We got the flooring from @walshscarpetsflooring and they were so easy and helpful to deal with 😊

Still shots of the spare room 💛 very happy with this overall, considering a rug and we will eventually get a double bed for in here we think but for now it’s perfect 🙌🏻

Hallway update✨
The stairs is currently being painted.
Stair runner has been ordered from @walshscarpetsflooring. We went with the herringbone. Can’t wait to see how it turns out!

I’m slowly removing traces of Christmas and I’m starting with the console table in the hallway. Now, I think this is a lovely spot for my faulty book! Check my stories to see what I mean 🤭

Have you started to take down decorations? Happy Saturday 🫶🏼

Room Transformation 🙌🏼

Hard to imagine the six of us lived in a mobile home the size of this room for three winters 😆 The sacrifices were worth it 🥰

Given all the love on the last bedroom reveal, I thought I'd show you what lies across the hall, in what we call the 'Pope's Room' - swipe to see why 🤭

The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that, with one knob missing, the bed doesn't have its full set of crown jewels 😉
Does it bother me? Not really! It's just one of those quirks that comes with buying second-hand and salvage, pieces rarely come without their imperfections, which in my eyes is exactly what makes them perfect 💖

Here's where I sourced some of the perfectly imperfect pieces in this room;

Cast iron bed - FB Marketplace
Bedside lockers - FB Marketplace
Set of lamps - Carboot Sale
Painting - Charity shop
Blanket Basket - House Clearance

The original carpet was a little too imperfect 😷 so we replaced it with a simple neutral from @walshscarpetsflooring

Panelling colour is @tikkurila_ireland K481 'Amulet', paired with G481 'Mirage' on the walls as chosen by Lesley @5thwallinteriors, as part of an ongoing collaboration with @carlowpainthub 🙏
