Reflecting on last week, I feel deeply grateful for the opportunities to connect, learn and grow alongside incredible leaders and change makers . Being a Digital Business Facilitator has been a rewarding journey, and moments like these remind me of the incredible impact we are creating together.

We had the opportunity to attend events that brought together youth, stakeholders, and community leaders to inspire, educate, and empower.

From learning about managing mental health, personal branding, and navigating modern careers during the Career Development & Linkage session, to soaking up insights from stakeholders like Banks, SACCOS, and local organizations in the Business Development Education session, the value was immense. Having John Nzira, Executive Director of Twende Social Innovation Center, as a panelist was a true highlight—his words and insights deeply resonated with us all.

What made this even more special was seeing our work as Youth Leaders and Facilitators recognized. A huge thank you to Madam Faustina Urassa, Founder and Executive Director of Songambele Initiative Organization and the whole team, for shining a light on the impact we’re making in six districts across Kilimanjaro. This recognition isn’t just for us—it’s for the youth we support every day with digital tools and skills to grow their businesses and thrive.

As we move forward, I am even more motivated by the incredible energy and dedication of everyone involved. I can’t wait for the next inspiring sessions as we continue this journey of creating real change in our communities.
