POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I had the opportunity to coach @scc_wrestling with my buddy @joeybeard__ from 2022-24.

Fueled by a coaching staff @mjgales707 @walterulrich134 who believed in the importance of Strength & Conditioning, in 2023, we got right to work at the beginning of the off season.

Starting in January, and going through season in December, we trained the team in the weight room 2x weekly together, and assigned a Day 3 workout for them to do on their own.

In 2023, we had a close second place team finish (18 points, best since winning the state title in 2015) and crowned 3 individual champs.

Several of our wrestlers had incredible physical transformations in a matter of months.

This is the sample format of what we did with them with just two days in the weight room.

I’m not going to be able to tag everyone, so if you were part of this, comment and/share it to your old teammates👊🏼

As they say, when in Rome!

We got to see Walter last night 🌙 and it was NOT at a wrestling tournament 🤼‍♀️! He and his family happen to be staying near us in Rome at the same time so we got together for a FANTASTIC dinner! 🥩🍷🍝🍺🥖🍹🥃❤️

Blessed to have had a great first year full of memories, friendship, health, and growth. I’m proud of myself, but also hungry for an even better result next year. Thank you to my family, friends, teammates, and coaches for the endless support and constant push to be the best version of myself.❤️
