The most important question I ask in mural consultations is, “how do you want to feel when you look at the mural?”

For this Santa Monica quantum wellness center, the owner envisioned the mural as a healing sanctuary in itself, even for people who never stepped foot inside.
That level of intentionality, and the 1,000 square foot scale, made this painting a huge undertaking. But being able to serve our community with hope for years to come? Absolutely worth it.

This would never have been possible without the team:

Outdoor murals are amazing messengers. So grateful that @jenwilmans brought me in to create this gift for Santa Monica. She came in with a rich imaginative vision of a ton of possibilities, (my favorite!), and my team and I got to work to doing what we do: listening, curating, and co-creating.

Made in collaboration with some of the best there are: @wanderingbrushes, @harmonydara and @alonadadiani

If you’ve noticed large-scale colorful murals around Orange County, there’s a good chance Amanda Harris painted them. She is as vibrant as her art and we’re so happy we got to share HER story as we celebrate Women’s History Month. @nbcla (H/T to @insta360 guru @edthephotog

Data doesn’t have to live in a report. It can live on concrete. On the day City of Hope Orange County welcomed its first patient into Orange County’s only cancer specialty hospital, a Boeing 747-sized “HOPE” mural turned cancer data into a visually-striking public moment, earning media attention and lots of buzz. Special shout out to Wandering Brushes for her excellent mural. We can’t wait to see all the hope that comes from City of Hope in 2026 and beyond.
