✨ CONSIDER YOURSELF INFLUENCED ✨

My Lagree journey started back in July 2025 with free community classes before CoreSouth even opened. After my very first class, I was HOOKED. Fast forward over a year and here I am still preaching my love for Lagree and slowly brainwashing everyone around me to love it too. 🤷‍♀️

Which is hilarious because I was NEVER a workout girlie. I was the girl forging my parents’ signature to sit out of PE…Somewhere about 7 years ago that changed, and now working out is my favorite form of stress relief, and Lagree has become one of my absolute favorites. It’s mentally + physically challenging, humbling, and SO rewarding.

So…now I have an official excuse to convince you to try it. I’m a CoreSouth Ambassador!

📍 Huntsville • Madison • Guntersville
✨ CODE: CANDICE

First-timers:
🔥 Lagree: $10
🔥 VersaClimber: $5 (Madison only)

Second-timers and beyond:
🔥 50% off a single drop-in class

See you on the Mini Pro🔥

Still smiling over these moments🧡✨

Our Guntersville opening day was one we’ll never forget. From the moment we opened our doors, we felt so much love and support from this incredible community.

To everyone who celebrated with us, took class, shared kind words, and helped make this dream a reality—thank you. We couldn’t have asked for a better start.

Here’s to strong workouts, new friendships, and many more memories inside these walls. We’re so grateful you’re part of the CoreSouth family!

“What’s your sign?”

Mine?

✨ Authentic as hell.
✨ Deep-feeling.
✨ Truth-telling.
✨ Wild-hearted.
✨ Unavailable for shrinking myself to make others comfortable.

Listen, I love a good zodiac conversation as much as the next girl, but at some point we have to stop looking outside ourselves for permission to be who we already are.

Be your own damn sign.

Wear the dress.
Take up the space.
Share the idea.
Say the thing.
Start the business.
Book the trip.
Ask for more.

The women I work with aren’t trying to become someone else.

They’re peeling back the layers of conditioning, expectations, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and fear so they can finally remember who they were before the world told them who to be.

That is the magic.

Not becoming more.
Returning to yourself.

And if that makes some people uncomfortable?

That sounds like a them problem. 💋

Yesterday at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens, and I’m still not over it. 🌿🤍

Every single detail was intentional. Every bloom, every moment, every glance ….it was all so deeply, beautifully them. The kind of wedding that reminds you why you fell in love with this work in the first place.

The bride was radiant in every sense, not just because of the dress or the setting, but because of who she is. It poured out of her all day long.

And then there’s Ian. The way he looks at her, the way he complements her, I understood immediately why she chose him. He is exactly who she deserves.

I also have to give every flower, every piece of my heart to my partner in crime for the day, the incredibly talented @WanderingViewPhotography.

She is MAGIC behind a lens, and I genuinely could not have done this day without her. If you’re not already following her, fix that immediately.

To the happy couple thank you for trusting me with one of the most important days of your lives.

Quite possibly the sweetest, most magical evening for opening night of @huntsvilleyogaweek ✨🧘🏼‍♀️

Thank you to @lightonyogahsv for making this time together with the community so amazing and ethereal. It was truly incredible.

Oh and doing yoga outside at @theorionamphitheater is pretty much an out of body experience 😍

If you get a chance I highly recommend participating in one of these free events this week! It's so good for the body, soul and heart 💗
