Happy Anniversary Fantasia!
#DisneyMilestoneBounds2025
Especially with Dapper Day coming up this weekend it’s a great excuse to post this throwback to my Chernabog look from 2019

What’s your favorite Fantasia segment?

Like most people I’ve met in the LGBTQ+ community, Chernabog just wants to throw an epic/spooky dance party and then sleep.

Today is the first day of #BoundingWithPride and while I usually avoid villains for this challenge I’d argue that Chernabog isn’t actually a villain (just like marginalized and stereotyped communities aren’t either!)
Plus his connection to the underworld is great symbolism to honor those who were lost during the AIDS epidemic (one of the meanings for the black stripe on the flag)

What do you think? Villain or no?

Just your every day shopping in Hogsmeade! Honeydukes always has the best sweets! 🍭

The theme for my daughters 2nd birthday was Honeydukes, sweets! I asked my daughters daycare educator to get some photos of my lil mandrake in front of her birthday backdrop. I think they turned out to be so special!

Some details about her outfit:
✨ T-shirt with custom design made by @designs_made_for_you
✨ Skirt designed and made by @wanderingwright
✨ Hair bow by @eliesbows
✨ Child's Hedwig backpack used to be sold at @hm

I think I have more fun than my daughter planning these themed birthdays especially that they have all been HP themed! Enjoying it until she becomes opinionated on what themes she wants! 😁😭

Going through my pictures this season made me realize I never shared the rest of my photos from Channy and Maddy's Merriest Meetup 🥹♥️

These are some of my favorites and really, there are many more, but also a lot was had while being present in the moment. I'm so grateful I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and attended my first 'Channy meet up' last year's Halloween. I've made so many beautiful friendships because of it since then 🫶🏻✨️

Do you have a fond memory of us you'd like share? 🥹🫶🏻

Your favorite holiday park snack 😉

Loved how my gingerbread ears matched so well with my skirt! ❤️ So happy I got to wear it surrounded by some merry friends for Chantal and Maddy's meet-up. Stay tuned for more 🤭✨️

Happy Anniversary to the most popular Disney Animated package film ✨Fantasia✨
.
It was released 83 years ago today and includes some of our favorite classics like Chernabog and Sorceror Mickey!
.
As a kid my favorite was always the dancing mushrooms in the Nutcracker segment (did you know the music being in Fantasia led to the ballet regaining popularity??). What is your favorite segment?

Life is a party so we dressed like it!
Another amazing girls night out. We stayed at Bay Lake Tower thanks to the fabulous @louisa1968 and had a private room at the Villains Lair Lounge!

Being in a small town one gets used to driving 20+ minutes to run errands or pick up a gift. We’re happy to offer a little gift section that’s full of unique and special wares— many of which are made locally. If you’re looking to treat your Valentine or Galentines to something pretty, we’re right down the road! #coffeeandgifts
