PROUD GRADUATE MOMENT — ERIN D’ELIA

I get to brag about another one of my graduates.

Erin D’Elia is a graduate of Legacy Hypnosis Academy, a Certified Hypnotist, and a member of the International Hypnosis Consciousness Council (IHCC).

But hypnosis was certainly not the beginning of Erin's journey.

When Erin came to Legacy, she already had years of experience in the healing arts. She has a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health Sciences, has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 18 years, and is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher and Life Coach.

Then she added hypnosis.

And I have loved watching her discover where hypnosis fits into the work that is uniquely hers.

Erin has been especially drawn to Past Life Regression, inner-child healing, mystical exploration and spiritual hypnosis — helping people move beyond the surface and explore the deeper memories, experiences and wisdom held within them.

Which, if you've ever been in one of my classes, you already know makes me smile.

There is a moment with students when you begin to see them stop thinking about how they're supposed to do hypnosis and start recognizing how they do hypnosis.
That's when it becomes theirs.

Erin has taken what she learned at Legacy and woven it beautifully into the years of experience, knowledge and healing work she already carried with her.

And now she gets to take all of it into the room with the person sitting across from her.

Erin D'Elia, I am so proud to call you a Legacy Hypnosis Academy graduate and to have you as a member of the IHCC.

Keep exploring.
Keep going deeper.
And most of all, keep making this work your own.

If it’s worth doing, it’s worth giving your all. Settling for half-measures isn’t the path to real change. In a world where detachment is common, your wholehearted commitment is a gentle but radical statement.

Healing goes far beyond surface fixes. It requires you to show up consistently, with vulnerability and intention. Are you ready to stop spinning in old stories and finally embody your next level?

Now is the time to return to yourself. Whether it’s through classes, sessions, or immersive retreats, Wanderlust Healin’ is here to help you move, breathe, and rediscover your true self. This is your invitation to make healing a way of being.

Let’s anchor your lessons, open your heart, and step into the freedom that’s been calling you home.

How are you choosing to live your growth today? Let us know below!

Last week I went on the most amazing journey with an incredible group of women. Transformational breathwork has changed my life. I can’t wait to start helping others to find their breath and receive the answers they have been looking for. Thank you @evolvewithjolie for creating such a sacred space for us to heal, shed, and grow during this facilitator training. We laughed, we cried, and we transcended together. And we made friends of a lifetime. Stay tuned for the announcement my new offerings! Life is truly magical. 💫💃🦋💗✨🌌

What was the first song you remember memorizing and signing out loud to a stranger?!

List yours below ⬇️

I’ll go first . . .

Me: “We didn’t Start the 🔥” to my moms friend
Them: 😮 😆

While I was cleaning teeth 🦷 the other day at work, I heard this song by billy Joel… And wanted to share a clip of it with this image.

There’s a phrase I couldn’t find to share audibly that will share here. He said on the song to hide your phone and disappear for a while. What a great idea from the 1970s. Who knew that today it could be more applicable than ever!

I always love the idea of an art session with a 1-1 or group where you hide your phone 📱 hide ur “smart” watches and 🔌 plug in to you and just the art. You will always feel better ❤️‍🩹 as the Art/ writing / cooking in the quiet comes the peace, the answers you seek and slooooow down.

DM to book a consult, 1-1 or group sessions or any questions.

Fun fact: . . .

The Meaning of “Vienna” 🥀

Most broadly, “Vienna” is a metaphor for growing older. It is, though, an unusual carpe diem-styled song. Rather than encouraging its listeners to grab the bull the horns, “Vienna” suggests that everyone take the time to smell the roses 🥀

Friday HW: play ur fave song and sing or dance 🪩
