Hey friends!
Just a few updates from my world 🌞
First off, Open Heart Social Club is back on dublab today at 4pm! Almost two years in, and I’m still in awe of the journey this show has taken me on. Next month I’ll be dropping some special merch to celebrate so stay tuned.

This month is also dublab’s membership drive. If you’ve been moved, inspired, or vibed with any of the shows, this is the time to show support. It’s run by an amazing crew who keep it all going! Help keep this community-powered station thriving.

This evening from 8pm-midnight, Spring Hill returns to the Apotheke balcony. Come say hi, move your body a bit, or just hang with the crew, it’s always a sweet one.

And next month, I’m heading to Groovewell Vacation! Honored to join the first edition of this festival. Deep love for the Groovewell fam, they’ve been part of my healing story with the Bay. Expect great music, wellness offerings, and a truly special setting.
Grab your ticket, it’s gonna be magic.

Hey sweet ones 🌿

I’ve been thinking a lot about how showing up for others starts with showing up for myself. When I tend to my own spirit — through rest, solitude, movement, and honesty — I return to the world more present, more open, more me.

Today from 4–6pm pst, I’ll be live on the @dublab airwaves for another show of Open Heart Social Club — an offering of softness and intention, for wherever you are and however you’re feeling. These mixes always come from the heart, and this one feels especially needed.

Next week, I’m heading to NY to play the @razorntape shop with my bestie @me.djkerry — a full-circle moment, doing what we love, side by side. Then back in LA on the 17th, the whole Spring Hill fam will gather again on the Apotheke balcony for a sunset celebration of music, friendship, and belonging 🌇

I’m learning that being selective isn’t about closing off — it’s about protecting the energy I need to move in alignment. When I give myself that care, I start to feel my own impact ripple out, just by being real.

If I can be in tune with myself, so can you. If I can step into my power, so can you. We’re all in this web together — feeling, healing, and blooming in our own ways. Grateful to walk this path with you.

Hi friends! It’s spring! It’s the time of year when everything grows, blooms and flourish. As we move towards longer periods of sun and warmth, I too feel like I’m blossoming. Being among such a beautiful garden of different individuals has been extremely inspiring and I’m so grateful for the biodiversity that takes place within my life. Our differences are what makes this world exciting to live in, whether it’s through mirroring or contrast, we all bring our unique selves into fruition. To celebrate this, I’m gonna jump on the @dublab airwaves today for the spring edition of Open Heart Social Club (4-6pm) and host with my crew Spring Hill tomorrow evening at Apotheke.
I welcome you all to cherish our differences and allow yourselves to blossom on this sun soaking planet. Positive peace for all 🩷🌸🌺
