Back to Camotes for the second year 🤍

Honestly, I was a little nervous at first. Even though this place felt familiar, I had spent a long time in Hong Kong staying quiet and avoiding social situations.

But little by little, something changed here.
I started finding parts of myself again that had gone quiet for a while, the part of me that laughs easily and feels light.

Maybe it’s the island.
Maybe it’s all of you.

Thank you for all the small moments, the hugs, the talks, the training days, the meals together, the laughter, the kindness. You probably don’t realize how much these things meant to me.

This place gave me so much more than freediving.
It reminded me what happiness, and feeling safe around people, can feel like again.

I already miss you all so much.
Every time I think about Camotes, I smile without noticing.

I think a part of my heart will always stay here 🫶🏻

🌊✨ Instructor Crossover Complete! ✨🌊

I’ve just wrapped up an incredible first month doing my Molchanovs Instructor Crossover with @camotesfreediving and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience!

The past few weeks have been a mix of learning, refining, and reconnecting with why I love freediving in the first place. Huge thanks to the team at Camotes for their guidance, patience, and passion, and for creating such a supportive and inspiring environment. 💙 @thibault_guignes @david_freedive @tibohulet and Chris

Can’t wait to share this next chapter of teaching, exploring, and diving deeper, both in the water and in life. 🐠🐋🪸

I can hardly believe I spent over three months in this beautiful place—it feels like just yesterday I arrived. Time flew by, but a part of me still feels connected to the ocean and the amazing people here.💭

Living simply, diving daily, and being surrounded by a community that felt like family brought me so much joy. Watching each other grow made everything more meaningful.🩵

I’ll always remember my first day of diving—I was so stressed I cried. I can only imagine how shocked @david_freedive was!🤣 “Freediving can bring lots of emotions”—so true. Thank you for your gentle reassurance.

Here, I reconnected with my body and realized that mental preparation matters just as much as technique. I’m proud to be certified as an instructor by @thibault_guignes —your passion and stories inspired me every time.🌟

@cassandracooper_ , your coaching helped me relax and embrace my highs and lows with strength.🫂
@breathholddiary , your patience and kindness reignited my love for static apnea.✨
@jimmy.jeans , completing Wave 3 with you was a highlight—your training opened my eyes to so much.😻
@below.the.wave , your radiant smile at sea always brought out my best.👯‍♀️
@tibohulet , your attentiveness inspires me to become the kind of coach I aspire to be.💡
@marus_ma , @susangosal , @thomasdohm , and Fede—thank you for being such wonderful classmates and lifting each other up.🫶🏻

And to so many others—you know who you are—thank you from the bottom of my heart.🤍

I truly cherish this community.
See you in the ocean! 🌊✨
